Processing Time

Production time for each order depends on the exact items of your purchase . Personal Care products can take 1-3 weeks depending if new batches are currently  being made, every item made in small batches  is to ensure quality of each product  . Lingerie & Clothing usually takes 1- 4 weeks depending how many orders are ahead of yours and what products were  purchased . (This does NOT include shipping time).

Need items before a certain time? Please email me before ordering so that I can get your order out to you as soon as I can. I will try my best but time is not gaurneteed ,  Unless confirmed by me . 

ALL sales are final. All items are handmade for each  customer so unfortunately, no refunds will be accepted but exchanges are always offered and possible,  if an exchange or alteration is needed please email me first so I can confirm your package arrival . Buyer is responsible for shipping charges & providing proper sizing and measurements if order calls for it . Please message me if you have any concerns about your order!
